I love that Fernando Flores quote. Here’s another of his I discovered today, which falls in the “Are you F*&#ing kidding me?” category:

“You have to be able to risk your identity for a bigger future than the present you are living.”

Good to hear that this stuff is intuitive. I, too have coached/practiced this stuff, but having a system laid out is key. We’ll be diving into more specifics when they appear on The New Man Life. Stay tuned…

I’ve practiced the punitive nudge system for a couple of years and have also intuitively set up my own choice architecture. In fact, I do most of the things these guys talk about. But I love the way they’ve got it down to a tee. It really helps me refine my own life.

So bottom line – awesome stuff.

Great cast. I will distribute this to guys I know. I think the key to a lot of guys that I talk to is that any steady effort on a daily basis should be applauded. Just showing up at the gymn is just something that we should be proud of. I try to give these guys encouragement – young or old. Finishing what you start today, is something that these men have accomplished.
