Excellent material! It's great to see you pulling people together and sharing powerful, legitimate techniques with your audience. These tools really are life changing, if applied well.

As someone who uses hypnosis professionally and personally, I can vouch for their efficacy. I highly reccommend that everyone who is interested look into it more deeply and make the understanding and use of their own subconscious (and energy) a long term subject of study and growth. The keys are waiting within :)

Thanks again, gentlemen,

I love this. The topic deserves more than a 30 minute talk for sure, but it's amazing how the quality (and results) are much, much different when I allow myself to find the right space internally and act from there. My efforts of striving and desperation rarely yield squat. It's like a golf swing -- very few can actually "grip it and rip it". It's about balancing the right amount of effort and trusting the club to do the job. In a sense, it's about getting out of the way.

And yet, life still requires a certain amount of effort, intention. I'm fascinated by this balance, and I'm glad you guys are digging it, too.

Hey Tripp and David,

Good content. I am noticing that I have adopted finesse is actually the more important part of my game than brute force. I used to go and "pound" 4 miles jogging and hit "hard" set of weights for a 1/2 hour.

Now I walk for 4 miles in the morning and do a rested set of weights in the afternoon. Between sets of weights I take 10 big breaths rather than counting to 30 before the next set.

So much more energy and I look forward to it again.

Thanks

Thanks for the show Tripp and David. I'm reminded of how easy it is to unconsciously use STRESS as a motivator, and how a much healthier and truer reality is there- waiting to be tapped into.
