Psychedelics, PTSD, and Navy SEALs
What if we didn’t have to always believe our brains when they told us we were in danger?
And what can we learn from a Navy SEAL who has been using psychedelics combined with meditation and therapy to make amazing changes in his life?
Jeff Boss is a former Navy SEAL with multiple deployments. He’s been shot numerous times and has survived four parachute malfunctions. But beyond his physical challenges, he left the military without realizing how limited his mental and emotional life had become.
Today we’re going to hear how he pulled himself out of a dark place filled with anxiety and depression to very quickly find lasting strength. He along with many others are having amazing results utilizing a combination of psychedelic compounds, meditation, and therapy.

After the Show
If you want to find a treatment similar to what we discussed today, Jeff recommends checking out a program called The Mission Within at missionwithin.org. If you want to learn more about the clinical studies that are being done with psychedelics visit MAPS.org. I don’t have any association with either of these organizations so I strongly recommend that you do your homework if you’re looking for treatment.
