<itunes:summary>How to Spank and S**t Your Way to Enlightenment - His Holy Holiness Sri Sri Sri Spankneesh
Does life sometimes feel like a hamster wheel where you’re constantly chasing more money, sex or something else?

Since we all end up dead anyway, should life be taken seriously?

And how is it possible that a man from India can literally spank you into enlightenment?

In this episode we go deep with His Holy Holiness Sri Sri Sri Spankneesh Ji, a controversial spiritual guru. We’re talking about the meaning of life, spanking butts and, well, shit.
In this episode:

How does spanking bring us to enlightenment?
Will chasing more ass, cash or status just bring you more pain?
Why Bill Gates’ money, George Clooney’s sex life or the body of Shawn Phillips won’t bring lasting happiness
What do you really want beyond paying the bills, orgasms, etc.?
Where can we find true, lasting happiness?
Is figuring out the mystery of life a mistake?
How can “shit” be a holy word?
	Should you take life seriously?
Why are some “spiritual” or “personal growth” people such a drag?
What is really beyond the macho jerk and the new age wimp?

About His Holy Holiness Sri Sri Sri Spankneesh ji
Spankneesh ji, as he is fondly known to his devotees worldwide, is a cultural phenomenon. No one knows when exactly he was born, but it is said that where he was born is in South India. Whether advising presidents, politcians, rockstars, celebrities, or the everyday man, he has one sole aim, to bring about a more conscious, enlightened society. His vision is to cultivate what he terms as "the new human", one that is fully rested in his Being, as well as fully engaged in life.

He is a reknowned humanitarian, who has been responsible for starting many global initiatives. Whether is it is his educational institution for higher learning, Spank U. Or his state of art Spankville campus for Enlightenment, the financial institutions, such as Spank Bank. He is also the founder and driving creative force behind OMBOY Media, a visionary media company dedicated to raising the consciousness of the planet.

He regularly draws crowds of more than 300,000 to hear him speak, as well as receive his unique yet profoundly effective brand of blessing known as "The ShaktiPat Spank Transmission". He is the creator of the reknowned "S&M Technique" that is currently being regularly practiced by over 3 million people every day. Over the last decade more than 6 million people have been personally touched by the grace of Spankneeshji.

Spankneesh ji, says that " A new era in human consciouness is not coming, but it is here now. The entire world is waking up, and shaking up to who we are. These are intense times, where the Cosmic Dj, is playing some tunes that we may not like so much, but we must keep dancing, no matter what. Jordan Harbinger has always had an affinity for Social Influence and Dynamics, but first became aware just how valuable these skills were when his grades left him just short of the acceptance requirements for University Of Michigan School of Law. Jordan, unwilling to accept the possibility of being unable to pursue his career of choice, immediately and effectively talked his way into law school. It was then that his fascination and curiosity with the power of Social Influence was born.

It was while attending law school that Jordan also began his education in Social Dynamics and his search for the best in the field. In 2006 he started Pickup Podcast, a Relationship Advice and Social Dynamics interview podcast with Co-Host AJ Harbinger. With the following garnered from Pickup Podcast, Jordan began coaching students in his free time on an on-call basis. It was during these sessions that he realized the substantial need for progression and innovation in the industry.

After graduating in the top of his class, Jordan went on to New York City to pursue his dream of being a Wall Street lawyer. He was accepted at a top-tier firm, but his passion for Social Dynamics still flourished. His search soon brought him to Johnny Dzubak & Alex Weber, two efficacious Social Dynamists. Shortly thereafter, Jordan became even more engrossed in the world of Social Dynamics and saw a strong need for integrity and candor in the industry. It was then he quit his job as a lawyer and founded The Art of Charm. In 2008 SiriusXM Satellite Radio approached Jordan with an offer to host a weekly show on a trial basis. The show was an unequivocal success and Game On became a permanent fixture at SiriusXM, broadcast all over the North American continent.

Jordan’s business sense, extensive knowledge of the industry and contemporary approach to coaching make him one of the best and most sought after dating coaches in the world. These qualities have also led him to receive some of the highest recognitions in the industry of Social Dynamics.

About AJ Jacobs

Jacobs is the editor at large at Esquire magazine and author of two New York Times bestsellers.

In 2004, Simon & Schuster published THE KNOW-IT-ALL. It subsequently spent eight weeks on the New York Times paperback bestseller list. It was praised by Time magazine, Newsweek,Vanity Fair, USA Today, Janet Maslin in the New York Times and AJ’s uncle Henry on Amazon.com.

In 2007, THE YEAR OF LIVING BIBLICALLY was released. It has spent TK weeks on the NYT bestseller list, and was praised byPublishers Weekly, Kirkus Reviews, The New York Times Book Review, the Los Angeles Times, USA Today and others. It appeared on the cover of the evangelical magazine Relevant, but was also featured in Penthouse. (Jacobs is proud to be a uniter, not a divider).

In September of 2009, his new book --- THE GUINEA PIG DIARIES: My Life as an Experiment --- will be published by Simon & Schuster. The book contains some previously published experiments (including “My Outsourced Life,” Jacobs’ quest to delegate every task in his life to India). But more than half will be new -- including life-changing quests featuring George Washington’s rules of life, marital harmony, marital disharmony, multitasking and nudity (not in that order).

In addition to his books, Jacobs written for The New York Times,Entertainment Weekly, New York magazine and Dental Economicsmagazine, one of the top five magazines about the financial side of toothcare.

He has appeared on "Oprah", "The Today Show", "Good Morning America" and "Late Night with Conan O’Brien" (though Conan did decline Jacobs’ offer to bring the remnants of his shaved beard in a plastic bag).

He is a periodic commentator on NPR’s Weekend Edition Saturday, where he discusses important facts, such as the fact that opossums have 13 nipples.

The Year of Living Biblically is currently being developed by Paramount Pictures, and My Outsourced Life is being developed at Universal Pictures.

He's now working on a book called THE HEALTHIEST HUMAN BEING IN THE WORLD. It continues Jacobs’ experiential journalism series as he tries to perfect his physical condition while simultaneously dissecting the meaning of the word “healthiest.”

Jacobs grew up in New York City. His father is a lawyer who holds the world record for the most footnotes in a law review article (4,824). His wife works for a highbrow scavenger hunt called Watson Adventures. He lives in New York with his family. He wonders if he fooled anyone with this third-person thing, or if everyone knows that he wrote this bio himself.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>We’re back for Part 2 of our hilarious discussion with Stuart Davis -- rock star, buddhist monk and host of “Sex, God, Rock n Roll”.

In this episode we discuss:

A good woman will challenge and support you to be a better man in every area of your life
Becoming a father can crush any grand ideas you have about who you think you are
There is no such thing as an “un-spiritual” moment
Stepping into “the fire” of life and confronting your deepest fears
The significance of being able to laugh at yourself
	How surrendering doesn’t mean defeat
What happens when we resist our life
	The amazing new pill, “Alco-hard”
The new TV show “Sex, God Rock n Roll”

About Stuart Davis, Musician, Artist

With eleven full-length albums to his credit, Stuart Davis has carved out a unique wavelength in the musical spectrum. Taking the topics of God, sex, and life and death, and crafting them into inimitable pop songs with lyrical flair and unforgettable hooks, Stuart continues to be one of the great, undiscovered singer/songwriters around.

In addition to his musical brilliance, Stuart is becoming something of a cultural force. With the support of devoted fans, in 1999 Stuart started his own record company, Dharma Pop Records (first called Post Apocalyptic Records), through which he has released four albums to date ("Bright Apocalypse", "Stuart Davis 2001", "The Late Stuart Davis", and the recent "Bell"). The same fan base has formed its own divinely mad community. These "Punk Monks" help promote Stuart's shows, run Stuart Davis websites, and generally spread the word of what has come to be known as Post Apocalyptic Punk Folk, or what we might simply call Integral Pop.

The multifarious Davis is also a published author, having contributed to the book Radical Spirit (New World Library). And he's a fictional character too, appearing in Ken Wilber's novel Boomeritis (Shambhala). His series of video road journals are a regular part of the Integral Naked website, a multimedia doorway to the world of integral awareness. Armed with one camera, two guitars, and multiple personalities, Stuart introduces us to the bizarre and beautiful world of life as a nomadic mystic. If that weren't enough, Stuart is forming his own actual language, called "IS." (For a taste of IS, listen to Stu's album "Bell".) In the moments when Stuart is not criss-crossing the country on tour, he lives in Boulder, CO, with his wife, Marci, and their daughter, Ara Belle, freshly manifest from the bardo realm.</itunes:summary>

Wolfgang Bloch has always taken the unconventional path in life.

Born in Ecuador, he followed his passion to California and into the arts and graphic design. A surfer from the age of twelve, he was also cultivating a love of the water.

After a successful, but ultimately unrewarding career in commercial art, he broke free and eventually found his true passion...and learned to find art in life's imperfection.

Wolfgang tells us how "grunt work" can be seen as a "base" for our true expression and how to tell when it is just a dead end.

Wolfgang has gone on to become a renown fine artist in the surf world and beyond, creating mesmerizing surf vistas.

He has just released a book showcasing his work and chronicling his journey.

Listen as Wolfgang describes his uncommon path and the values that helped him rise to the top of the surfing art world.

About Wolfgang Bloch

Wolfgang Bloch was born and raised in the vibrant Latin American culture of Guayaquil, Ecuador. At a young age, Bloch discovered the joy of surfing along Ecuador's secluded beaches and, in the process, the coastal scenery that would forever serve as his primary source of inspiration. In 1982, Bloch immigrated to the United States where he soon graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts Degree from the University of Florida and later a Bachelor in Design from the renowned Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.

After enjoying a decade of well-noted commercial success as an art director and illustrator, working for companies like Gotcha Sportswear, Quiksilver, Billabong USA, Jeep, Tower Records, Vans, Hobie and Indian Motorcycles, Bloch dedicated himself to his first love - painting. Wolfgang Bloch's art reveals much about the man who creates it. But the hints are subtle: The subdued palette, the modest and unexpected materials; all utilized to reduce traditional seascapes to their essence and in the process imbue them with compelling intensity. Bolton Colburn, the director of The Laguna Art Museum calls Wolfgang's work "sublime and terribly romantic." Chronicle Books recently published Wolfgang's first book titled "Wolfgang Bloch: The Colors of Coincidence", designed by David Carson and written by Mike Stice. The book is an intimate and soulful account of the artist's rich and layered life, featuring the most evocative examples from his enthralling body of work. Over the past decade, Bloch's work has been exhibited in the pages of major international publications and on the walls of galleries and museums across the globe. Today, Bloch lives with his wife and two children in Laguna Beach, California.

About Robert Masters

My passion is to fuel, illuminate, and support the living of a deeper life, a life of love, integrity, and fully alive awakening. Providing environments (both inner and outer) in which deep healing and transformation can take place is my vocation and privilege.

Having just reached my 60th birthday, I notice that I am finding freedom more through intimacy — intimacy not only with my beloved Diane, but also with all that is — than through transcendence. There is a deeply satisfying joy for me in passing on what I have learned, especially through my integral psychotherapy apprenticeship programs and the couples intensives that I do with Diane.

Since 1977 I've worked as a psychotherapist (I have a Ph.D. in Psychology), group leader, bodyworker, and teacher of spiritual deepening practices, integrating the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual in my practice. Most weekends these days I'm leading groups or trainings.

Evolving in fitting parallel with this has been my writing, which is as much a passion for me as facilitating deep groupwork. I've authored eight books, including Divine Dynamite, Darkness Shining Wild, and, most recently, Transformation Through Intimacy. My essays have appeared in magazines ranging from Magical Blend to the Journal of Transpersonal Psychology, as well as in several anthologies. And running rampant through all my writing is my poetry, keeping my prose on its toes.</itunes:summary>

About Kute Blackson

Kute Blackson is an extraordinary man, a man on a mission. He is known for his high energy, his cutting edge ideas, his dynamic and life changing presentations. Born in Ghana, West Africa, Kute experienced a diversity of cultures very early on, being of Ghanaian/Japanese heritage and having been raised in London. After deciding to move to America in pursuit of “The American Dream,” Kute amazingly won a green card in the “DV-1 Green Card Lottery” where there were only a handful of winners amongst millions of applicants worldwide. Kute says, “Our thoughts create our reality – thoughts are the chisel that sculpt our destiny into tangible form.”

Once Kute arrived in Los Angeles, he had no contacts, no college education, very little money, only two suitcases (one for clothes, one for books), and a burning desire to make his dreams real. Kute, is a living embodiment of someone who has overcome adversity, and thrived against all odds, which is what is his signature presentation “Leap and your Wings will appear!” is about.

Kute immediately started his own business while living in a tiny apartment, sleeping on the floor. During this challenging period in his life, Kute found solace in some of the 750 plus books he read as inspiration and fuel to keep moving past the quitting point. Although he had to ride the bus along Wilshire Blvd, he was driven by his tenacity and passion, and his business began to soar. Utilizing multi-level marketing as a vehicle to get off the ground, he was soon able to move on to his actual field of interest: speaking and coaching.

Known nationally as “The Transformation Coach,” Kute is a certified hypnotherapist and “NLP” practitioner, assisting individuals and corporations in creating authentic change. He is also a radio talk-show personality, having had his own radio show called “Beyond Boundaries” on KYPA in Los Angeles. As founder and president of “The Blackson Group,” Kute is a dynamic life coach, and inspirational speaker, having spoken to audiences internationally. For many years now, his unique message of empowerment, has inspired thousands, at companies such as: Century 21, TCG, Re Max, Prudential Financial Services, Washington Mutual, and many more.

Kute is also featured regularly on KTLA channel 5, sharing innovative, and practical ideas about personal growth and success. Nelson Davis, president of Nelson Davis Television Productions says, “Kute Blackson is a favorite contributor to our television program, ‘Making It.’ He brings focus and intensity to inspirational thinking that our viewers respond to. I think that he has the special ability to communicate excellent ideas.” Kute is truly the speaker and coach for the “new generation!”

With his company “The Blackson Group,” Kute is dedicated to the transformation of individuals, and corporations, from the “inside-out.” Kute has created what some consider the ultimate coaching system,</itunes:summary>

Robert Augustus Masters is an Integral Psychotherapist and group leader. Integral means that he is working with mind, body, emotions and conditioning in a flowing and organic way.

<itunes:summary>Robert Augustus Masters is an Integral Psychotherapist and group leader. Integral means that he is working with mind, body, emotions and conditioning in a flowing and organic way.

Robert works with guys who have the balls to make the changes to make their lives better. His work focuses primarily on the body, as men tend to get "stuck in their heads" and cut off from their feelings. Some women can feel this and may experience the man to be less trust-able and less desirable because of it.

The "Friend Zone" is the place men go when they are not in touch with our true power. Masters clarifies that power does not mean overpowering and that there is a real difference between anger and aggression. When men get in touch with the power from their core, they are more authentic, trust-able and attractive to women.

Robert insists that vulnerability is not weakness but, in fact, authenticity. If we can learn to be vulnerable without crumbling, we can be more in touch with our lives and other people.

Jayson gives us some suggestions on how to take your insight back into the world and how to stay connected to your highest self throughout your life.

What is the Rite of Passage really about?

Are you in touch with the fact that one day you will die?

Popular culture often hints at the kind of initiation into manhood we are talking about. War films, coming of age tales and hero stories are often built around a man’s Rite of Passage in some way. “Fight Club” pointed to the problem, but didn’t really offer a workable solution. The film “Into the Wild” is Jayson’s favorite Rite of Passage story, and every man with these questions should check it out.

The guys talk about what they think when they hear the term “men’s group,” what they would like to gain from participating in a men’s group, and the unique value that men can offer one another
